Return & Refund Policy
Duration: Our return and refund window lasts for 24 hours from the time of purchase. If 24 hours have elapsed, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Certain items such as Rugs, Handknotted Rugs, and Handmade Rugs are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, an email notification will be sent regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, with credits automatically applied to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If a refund hasn’t been received, we suggest checking the bank account, contacting the credit card company, and then the bank.

Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds, only regular-priced items are refundable.
Exchanges: We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at info@ramshahome.ae for exchange inquiries.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
